What do Will Ferrell, Denzel Washington, and Elijah Wood Have in Common?

   

In my lifetime I've watched roughly 700 movies which evens out to about two a week for my entire life.  Therefore I think I am a fairly reliable source. Some were good and some I care to forget. The following are some of the ones I liked the best.    

1. Avatar

I really liked Avatar because of the visual effects. Since it was a sci-fi it included lots of great neon plants and animals. I also liked the cast. Even though the main characters had not been in that good of movies this skyrocketed them to well known status. Lastly the plot was insanely interesting but mildly confusing.  Overall it was very well spun and gripping. In conclusion Avatar is a masterpiece of its time.

          

2.Remember The Titans 

I specifically liked Remember the Titans because of the amazing plot. When I watched  it my eyes were really opened to the problems of its time. Secondly the acting makes me forget that these people are acting because they make it look almost effortless. In conclusion, Remember the Titans is one of the best movies I have watched.

      

3.The Other Guys

The Other Guys is the only comedy in my list. One reason I like this movie is the cast.  It includes Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Samuel l. Jackson, and Dwayne Johnson. Secondly I like this movie because the comedy goes beyond the script. Lastly the actors add their own comedy to it. Overall this is an amazingly funny and witty movie.      

4.The Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers 

When I say I like this movie most people wonder why I don’t mention the first or third movie in the series. Well, the first is a all plot build up  and the last one is all fighting and the ending is terrible. The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers is a mix of the first movies plot build up and the last intense action. Although we don't actually make it to the mountain until the end I feel like the second is made better by the momentum that was built up in the first. Furthermore, I feel like it peaks here. What I'm getting at is that this movie much better than the other movies in the trilogy.              

5.Glory Road 

Glory road is the classic little guy battle fool of heartwarming speeches and struggles to overcome. Another reason I like this movie is because of the witty humor that tends not to appear in dramas. I also liked the cool tricks that they do in the movie.  In conclusion this movie is good but not as good as Remember The Titans.
