Things to Know About 6th Grade by Zoe Johnson

-First of all, homework. It's not as hard as you would think it's going to be. It's not a lot, even. Just take a breath and do that fifteen to twenty-five minutes of homework!
-Second. Be organized! Take time in your school day and clean out your cubby or locker.
-Third is be prepared. Don't forget anything and try not to lose pencils. Losing pencils will be your worst nightmare!
-This kind of touches on the third one but never forget to bring boots and a jacket when it's raining or snowing! I promise you that if you forget it, it will be the death of you! You go down to the creek a lot during the rain or snow.

We kinda got all the negative stuff out of the way, so let's get to the positive things.

-You get to go down to Brewery Creek! It's amazing and super pretty. You get to be around a lot of nature when your with Mr. DJ.
-You get to be in band! Another opportunity to find what you really like.
-Field trips, lots of mini field trips. You get to go down to the lake and ride on a boat! You get to go to River Watch!
-You get a couple projects this year and they are really fun to do.
-Have fun! Be excited to go into sixth grade. It is a great year.
